Hot Chicken Salad



Ingredient List: Preparation Instructions:
 


2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
2 cups celery, chopped
1 cup bread cubes, toasted
1 cup mayonaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons onion, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 up grated cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips
Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Place in Pam-sprayed 1-1/2 to 2-quart baking dish. Top with crushed potato chips before cooking.
Bake at 400* for 30 to 40 minutes.

Yield: Serves 4
